My vision is to establish a preeminent Elite Boutique Law Firm, founded on the bedrock of my extensive experience, and dedicated to meeting the unique and personal needs of my clients.

Meet Ron Fichera, your seasoned legal partner with over three and a half decades of experience. He's not just a lawyer; he's your counselor, advocate, and trusted advisor, always keeping your best interests at heart. Ron has practiced law for over thirty-five years in the areas of Estate Planning, Business, and Corporate Law, including Corporate Startups, Fundraising, and Marketing, Personal Injury, and Medical Malpractice.

He has traveled to over twenty-five (25) countries on behalf of clients and is well-versed in Business Management and Business Succession.

Background and Education

Ron was born and raised in Philadelphia, hailing from Mount Airy's West Oak Lane neighborhood. He's a local through and through. After attending St. Raymond's Grade School, he continued his education at Malvern Preparatory School. Ron holds a Bachelor's Degree in History from Villanova University, where his journey into higher education began.

But Ron didn't stop there. He followed his passion for learning by earning a Master's Degree in English from Villanova. His poetry was published in the Villanova Literary Magazine, showcasing his creative side.

Legal Journey

Before starting his legal career, Ron spent three years teaching in the Philadelphia School District, showing his dedication to education. He then entered Widener University School of Law, where he excelled. During his time there, he made significant contributions as a member of the Law Review and the Moot Court Honor Society.

What sets Ron apart is his practical experience. While in law school, he didn't just focus on academics; he also worked full-time at the Philadelphia City Solicitor's Office, earning valuable experience in litigation and legal drafting as a Law Clerk.

A Committed Professional

His dedication to justice extends beyond the courtroom.

Ron is a proud member of the PA Bar, and he takes his commitment to the legal profession seriously. Since graduating from Law School, he's continued his education through annual seminars, earning twelve (12) Continuing Legal Education Credits (CLE) in substantive law and ethics, as required by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.

Throughout his career, Ron has served as an arbitrator, presiding over civil actions filed in various courts, including the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County and surrounding counties like Bucks, Chester, and Montgomery.

He has lectured and held seminars for other lawyers and laypeople in the areas of Personal Injury, Estate Planning, and Business Law.

Community Engagement

Ron actively engages with several organizations, including the Pennsylvania Bar Association (PBA), the Philadelphia Bar Association, and the Montgomery County Bar Association. He volunteers with programs like "Wills For Heroes," providing free Estate Planning documents to First Responders and Military Veterans in Pennsylvania.

Additionally, he contributes his legal expertise to the Senior Law Center of Pennsylvania's Senior Law Helpline, assisting the elderly community.

He's deeply involved with educational initiatives like the Civics & Law Program, where Judges and Lawyers teach Civics to students in elementary, middle, and high schools.

Ron has also taken on the role of a Child Advocate Representative for the Montgomery County Child Advocacy Project (MCAP) and actively participates in the PBA's Mock Trial Competition for High School Students.

His commitment to community service extends to his assistance with numerous Non-profit Organizations in rescuing animals, including dogs, cats, retired racehorses, and wildlife. These organizations are dedicated to saving animals from abuse and slaughter.

As a father, he has coached his two sons in baseball, soccer, and basketball for the Bustleton Bengals Club, a Non-profit Youth Athletic Organization in Northeast Philadelphia.

Advocating for Justice

Beyond his legal commitments, Ron is a Member of the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC), an organization dedicated to fighting bigotry and seeking justice for the most vulnerable members of our society. His passion for justice knows no bounds.

Ron is also an active member of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International, further connecting him with legal professionals worldwide.
